SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
Standard Shipping Rules:
1. Pest Control India Pvt. Ltd. ships all states in India. However, shipping charges are not fixed and depend on various factors like nature / category of your product, which location dispatched from, gross weight of the product, etc. This amount will be over and above the value of the product that you see on our Website.
2. We make our best efforts to ensure that your order is manufactured and dispatched within 30-60 working days from the order date. A communication will be sent to you within 7 Working days with the expected dispatch date once the order is confirmed.
We do international shipping provided the required registration & customs formalities are in place.
Non-Availability on Delivery:
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the item thrice, before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please ensure you add your available phone / mobile number and correct shipping address (with landmarks) while you place an order, for timely communication and to speed up the delivery process.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error in personal information provided by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available, or any other related reason) any extra cost incurred by Pest Control India Pvt. Ltd. for re-delivery, shall be
billed to the customer.
Proof on Identity:
For high value products (above Rs. 2000/-) our delivery partner may require a valid ID proof for handing over the ordered product.
Pest Control India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Cancellation of Order by Customer:
We have a “No Cancellation” policy on all orders. A customer cannot initiate a cancellation on an order.
In the unlikely circumstance the product you receive is physically damaged or is the wrong product or SKU only, we will replace it at no additional cost provided that the request for replacement of item is made within 48 hours from the delivery date of the order. No
replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Steps to initiate a return:
1. Click a snap of the product received.
2. E-mail us the picture along with your Order Number and the reason for replacement.
3. Upon mail receipt our returns department will inform you on the further course of action for product replacement.
4. In case of wrong product received we will arrange for a pick up through our delivery partner.
We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
No replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
No refunds will be allowed once the order is placed other than cancellation of order by the company. However, replacements will be provided for the reasons stated above in returns policy.
